mailbox migration and OL profiles

Hi,

I have to migrate all mailboxes to new Exchange servers, I know OL2000 and
OL2003 profiles are automatically updated when the user logs on his mailbox,
but what about Outlook 97 profiles?
Does anyone know if I should I use a tool to update all users' profiles on
their computers?

I haven't used OL97 for a long time (and remember, not only is it very old &
unsupported as is OL2000, but OL97 was incredibly buggy at release, so
that's why MS released Outlook 98 as a free download for a long time). Try
it and see whether it works; it may be just fine....but you really need to
get all your users on OL2003 in my opinion. And make sure you leave the old
Exchange server up & running while users log in the first time - or the
automatic redirection won't work & you'll have to create new profiles.
