Mailbox Folder List Disappears Randomly

Myself and two of my coworkers will randomly lose the entire list of folders
in our Mailbox. They return if we click the Folder List icon at the bottom
but this is still fairly annoying.

We are using Outlook 2007 with an Exchange 2003 server. The Mailbox that I
have is in cached Exchange mode; theirs are not.

I've tried Googling for it already to no avail; hoping someone else has a
suggestion.

What do you mean by that it is lost? What do you see instead then? Sounds to
me you are simply in a Navigation that doesn't show the folder list.

Instead of seeing folders underneath Mailbox - <Name>, it's just white
"holder" space.

The archive mailbox folders are still there below it and those display as if
the folders are still there but invisible?

Instead of toggling Navigation view, do they show when you minimize and
restore the Outlook screen? If so, it might be a display bug. Make sure you
are running the latest display drivers.

If not;
-has this been an upgrade from a previous Outlook version?
-which version of Windows are you using?

It hasn't done it again yet but I will check into the display bug. Updating
to the latest display drivers now.

OS: Windows XP Professional SP2

Originally an upgrade from 2003 to 2007. Office Enterprise 2007 if that
makes a difference.
