Outlook 2003
I get an e mail from Mr. X. I hit the reply button and Mr. X's emai
address appears in the 'To' section. I compose the reply, press sen
and the mail immediately jumps into my junk suspects folder.

.....Sometimes....

Huh?

And why is this forum SO slow

Because you're talking to ordinary people like yourself who have in-depth
working knowledge of Outlook because they've used it, but whose jobs do not
pay them to answer questions. They answer them when they get the time.
This isn't a Microsoft official support channel.

Not sure if I have to post this 4 times to make a point but that ma
expalin a few things.

Brian - you seem to be a little touchy - I was referring to the spee
the forum pages load, not the speed of the responses.

Chill out Brian - relax

The reason Brian's touchy is that there are enough people that complain
about the quality/responsiveness of answers in an all-volunteer help forum
that those of us that work it regularly *do* start getting a bit touchy
about such complaints. You'd be positively amazed at how rude some people
can be to people that are going out of their way to provide free help...

Well I though my comment was clearly aimed at the forum and not th
response time, bad attitude in my opinion, wont visit again.

For those of a more reasonable temperament who may have had the sam
problem as myself while travelling - may I suggest www.fastmail.fr

free to register you simply enter their smtp into your normal accoun
setup and it works a dream. No more hotmail. :o

You didn't state that. In the absence of any other clue, I think was a
reasonable assumption on my part to believe you were referring to the amount
of time it took to get a response to your post.

point???

I also have a problem with the forum where I get multiple postings
responses... is this a known fault or my settings? its the only foru
that I get this on
