Mail to group but only show single receiver on the To: line?

Is there a way, or software, that will allow me to send an email to a group
of people at the same time, but have the reciever only see them on the To:
line?

Example:

Send message to (e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed)

But when Bob gets the email, all he sees is To: (e-mail address removed) and not dave or
ted?

I know BCC can send to them all without them seeing the other names, but
would like to add the personal touch for each person.

That would require a mail merge to electronic mail. Outlook uses Word for
performing mail merge functions such as email merges. For an overview of
