Mail Suddenly Not Visible In Inbox

I can't see th email in my inbox anymore. I'm receiving mail, but it, and old
mail, isn't visible.

I've done a search of this forum, and it's a problem that's been reported
before, but I have tried the suggestions and like the others, haven't been
able to correct my problem.

"Show All Messages" is selected, and "Group By Conversation" is unselected.
I made no changes to anything before this happened.

I can only access my inbox mail by going to
C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail

Does anyone from MS have a solution, or do I have to re-install Vista?

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.

One solution is to upgrade to the newer Windows Live Mail program:

You can try repairing the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/) but it sounds as
if something else is interfering so you might also check that. See point 3
