- When replying to mail (not when creating new mail) and
pressing the sedn/receive button mail is stuck in the
outbox
- header does not change to italic (Outlook's way of
telling you that a mail is ready to be sent and not open)
but stays normal
- forwarding the mail seems to fix the problem (although
the forward fucntion behaves odd in that it automatically
copies all names from TO and CC fields)
- this did not happen to me in Outlook 2002

If anybody has an idea/fix I'd like to know. Am
considering to downgrade to 2002.
regards

Same problem... It seems that Outlook assumes I'm waiting
to reconnect to an exchange server... My install is for
single user, never been connected to Exchange and
I've 'repaired' several times.

Same problem here, it just sits in the Outbox forever.
The only way I can send it is iof I forward it.

Please HELP ! ! !

Thanks

this has happened to me too until I went in and put a checkmark in the authenticating the outgoimg mail with the same preferences as the incoming mail: send/receive groups, all accounts, edit, account properties, outgoing server, outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication -- use same settings.... Hope this helps.
