Mail Stuck in Outbox in Outlook 2003 with BCM and XP with SP3

I receive emails fine but have several messages stuck in my outbox,. Can
anyone offer some advice?
 
Sure. Ask the experts in one of the many Outlook newsgroups. It's not a
Windows XP issue.
