Mail Signature Capabilities-Outlook XP

As a company, we have created an internal Global Adress
list in outlook and we would like to set our e-mails up so
when an employee of the company sends another employee of
the company an e-mail (internal e-mail), Outlook is able
to recogize the e-mail sender and receiver as an internal
employee and automatically will not include the
individual's e-mail signature that they use for out going
e-mails to other contacts that are not in the global
address list and are not part of the company.

So, my question...Does Outlook have the capability of
recognizing internal e-mail senders?

You might get a better response and more responses on an Outlook board as
opposed to an XP board. Go to the following link, scroll the list on the
