mail selection before downloading it from server

HI,

is there any possibility or plug-in that makes that mail list can be viewed
and some of them can be choosen to be received - useful when one don't want
to doweload all of them at the same time
I'm looking for such a thing,or solution for MSOutlook.

You can choose to just download the headers for mail items then choose the
ones you'd like downloaded or deleted. What version of Outlook are you
using?
