Mail Programs in IE6

If I go to Internet Options I can choose Outlook Express or Outlook as the
default mail program.

Outlook Express works fine.

Outlook doesn't, whether or not it's already running, clicking an email
address link displays the error: "Can't create the item"

I'm running Windows 2000.

Help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi Jeremy,

The \Windows\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms\Frmcache.dat
file may be corrupted.
Simply delete this file and restart Outlook
