unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
After furious head scratching, Outlookdefeated asked:
| ticked 'show an envelope icon in the notification area' but the
| envelope intermittently displays in the notificaton area when new
| mail arrives.
As mail notification is failing I'd like to remedy the situation so that the envelope icon appears in the notifacation area at the bottome of the screen every time new e-mail is received and not on intermittent occasions as it is doing. Sometimes new e-mail is indicated by an evelope icons, and sometimes new e-mail is not indicated by an icon.
