Hi, does anyone know how to alter the format of the
address block so that it converts to UK format instead of
US format. i.e. US format has post code next to postal
town, whereas UK format is under postal town.

Why an outlook newsgroup? The problem comes when trying to merge in word.

- Give details and don't let people guess. If your question
relates to Microsoft Word, say so, and say which version.

- Post in the correct newsgroup. A Windows 2000 newsgroup
is hardly the best group for a Word question. Try an
MS Office newsgroup.
