Mail Merging with Outlook 2003, Business Contact Manager & Word 2003, Windows XP

I cannot figure out how to get ALL my business contacts to merge onto ONE Word label document. Each time I try something different, such as save all my contacts to a "permanent file." it still merges only one name/address to a page at a time...it will not fill up the page of labels sequentially. Please, please, someone help me with a simple answer...don't tell me it can't be done after I spent zillions of $$$ on Microsoft Office Small Business 2003 for my real estate business & data base!

Did you turn on "Propagate Labels" before merging? The article at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=284401 should help.
