mail merging a distribution group

Hi,
I am trying to mail merge only a distribution group out of microsoft
outlook. The only option I get is the Outlook address book and all of the
entries get entered into my mail merge when I select it. Any suggestions?

Method 1: use the checkboxes to select, manually, the ones you want.

Method 2: in Outlook, use Categories (or indeed any field) to distinguish
the ones you want; then sort on that field and select the batch.

Method 3: in Outlook, set up a separate contacts folder containing the ones
you want; then in Word select that folder as your source.
