mail merge

Can someone maybe explain to me a different way how to
merge addresses in the A.B. with labels so that I can DO
IT??? The instructions suck! I can't figure it out!
 
Hi Susan,
If you're using Word, click on Tools>Mail merge>document
type>mailing labels.
In the Open data source box click on "Merge from Address
Book".
Let me know if that is the road you're taking, and I'll
give you the steps needed to enter the fields and to merge.
