Mail merge using Word + Outlook 2003

Hello folks

I'm tryin to do a mail merge, using Word 2003 and Outlook 2003. However,
when I click the mail-merge-to-email button, I get a security message box
(presumably from Outlook) stating that "an outside program is trying to use
e-mail. Proceed? y/n" I have to click yes for EVERY page/e-mail of the
document...

Is there a way to counter this?

Do you have any Outlook or Word Add-ins? Are you starting the mail merge
from Outlook or from Word?

Oh? Didn't know that was possible! Can you point me how to do it please?
Can't seem to find the options for it....
