Mail Merge Trouble

Since I downloaded the most recent "recommended"
Microsoft security "fixes" I can no longer send
attachments to email using the mail merge function. Any
clues floating around out there?
 
Not really. You provided no Outlook version nor what the problem is.
Moreover, merges to electronic mail have never supported attachments in any
version of Outlook. Ever.
