As described on the page at the link above, When you send
a mail merge to electronic mail (e-mail), you receive the
following warning message:
A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No".
If you click Yes, you receive the following message:
A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your
behalf. Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No"."

I then have to choose "Yes" for every single person I
desire to send the email to using the mail merge with a
list from Excel. This seriously reduces the advantage of
an automated mailing system when you have to click your
mouse every 7 seconds for 200 hundred emails. Does anyone
know a workaround so I don't have to keep clicking my
mouse for an hour?
