What command do I need to enter so that my labels will repeat 10 times. I
have 10 names in my label list and I want to print each name 10 in a row
before it goes to the next name. Then I want that to repeat 10 times before
going on to the next one. Thanks.

what would happen if through the mail merge you selected the <Name> 10x, and
then entered the option of <Next Record>.

Subject to the number of labels on the page being a multiple of 10, having
set up a label merge document
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm or
http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm ) change the document
type to 'letter' then remove the Next record fields from labels 2 to 9 11 to
19 etc.
If your label format does not have a multiple of 10 labels, you either waste
some labels or create a data source with the entries reproduced 10 times,
which is easy enough to do.
OR merge to a new document and print it 10 times. You won't get the
duplicates together, but you will get 10 copies of each label.
