Mail Merge Printing

I have a mail merge with 172 pages. I need to print page 1 on a different letterhead than pages 2,3,4. My printer only has one paper tray. How can I do this?

It depends on the printer driver and the printer itself.
Choices (if available) are
1. Insert the pre-printed paper every fourth page into your printer :(
2. Set the page layout option to print the first page to manual feed, so
that you can insert the pre-printed paper manually every time the printer
pauses.
3. Configure page 1 to have the letterhead information and print that with
the document.
4. Print all the first pages then all the subsequent pages.
