Mail Merge : Printing some pages only.

P

Peter Hibbs

Hi All,

Word 2000, Windows XP.

I have created a mail merge document (from an Access table) of several
hundred pages. I want to print pages 1 to 20 now, pages 21 to 40
tomorow, and so on.

When I set the page numbers up in the Print Dialog, Word insists on
printing ALL pages. Is this normal, and if so, how can I print parts
of the document at different times.

Thanks for any advice.

Peter Hibbs.

If it's a letter or label merge, each letter or sheet of labels is a
separate section (so you have multiple page 1s). Specify s1-s20, s21-s40,
etc. For more, see
