Mail Merge - Outlook 2002 and Word 2002 - need "pretty" formatted text

Thank you for your help.

We want to use the mail merge feature in Outlook 2002 and Word 2002 to send a "pretty" letter...you know with different fonts, colored text, bolded and underlined....I have tried changing my options in Outlook 2002 and still no "pretty" letters. Please advise any tips.

Use the mail merge wizard from word!!! That will better suit your needs

You'll need to use HTML format for the merge rather than Plain Text.
