mail merge HELP!

For some reason, I cannot get all my labels to merge on one page. After I
merge, it shows one label per 200+ pages!! I have done this several times
before, but don't know what's going on now?? HELP! I have work to do!!

Presumably you neglected to propagate the labels before completing the
merge.

This is a step to automatically copy the merge fields from one label to the
rest on the sheet. There's a Propagate Labels button on the Mail Merge
toolbar, and there's a step for it in the Mail Merge Wizard.
