Mail merge from Access

I am wondering if there is a way to create an email message from my query.

I have 4000 records that I would like to send to 300 people. The emails
should only contain the data that is specific to each person. Of course, I
would only like to send 300 emails and not 4000.

I do that with purchase orders. Create a report the output of which is
grouped by each person. I then create a PDF from each report and email it
using Steve Arbaugh's email and PDF Class:
