Mail Merge Database results from Frontpage

I've used Frontpage to create a table from a database
query. From the results I want to use this list to be able
to export into a mail merge document in Word.

Does anybody know how I can do this without copy/paste?

You need to either download the database from your site and then you can do
a mail merge directly or you can export to Excel and do the same.

The only other option is to do a search for
