I am trying to figure out how to insert a little black line 3/4" from the top
of the page on the very right edge. I need to do this for letters. It is
called an inserter. It will run though a machine that separates and pairs
pieces of paper. The machine reads the line(s) and dertermines weather it is
the first page for a new envelope, a second page to the previous envelope,
and so on. My problem is trying to get the line to show up on the very
right of the paper. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

G'Day Kevin,

Draw a Line anywhere on the Page.
Move it to the Right Page Edge.
Right-Click Line and choose "Format AutoShape"
Layout (tab)
Click "Behind text"
Click "Other"
"Advanced..." (button)
"Horizontal" (section)
Select- "Absolute Position" (value) "to the right of"
(Page)
"Vertical" (section)
Select- "Absolute Position" (0.75") "below"
(Page)
OK
OK

The problem is that few printers will print to the edge of the paper. The
limits are set by the printer driver and not by Word.
