Is it possible to have outlook place a "letter icon" on screen, when the
screensaver is on and/or when the computer is locked? It's irritating that
you have to lock on to see if there is a new message. Cell phones from Nokia
has this feature, so you don't have to unlock to tjeck.

Ask far as I know, there is no such option. Wouldn't such an icon defeat
the purpose of a screen saver, which is to make sure the screen image keeps
changing?
