mail header

we are receiving lot of spam/virus mails into our ms outlook inboxes.
i want to explore their internet mail header, to see what is the originating
ip adress, or relay servers they are comming from.

in outlook express, it is very simple task:
right click on mail, properties, details, message source, and you have
complete textual body with headers, as thy are received from server.

but, how to obtain that info [especialy internet mail headers] from ms
outlook mails?

any hint?

Right-Click on message, select Options....
