Mail going to Junk Mail

I'm having problems with mail going to the junK mail box even after I've told
it it's not junk mail. The email address of this mail is even in my address
book. Anyone know of a fix for this problem it's getting rather annoying.
 
Did you try adding those senders to the Safe Senders List?
If all else fails, you can turn the junk e-mail feature off.
