Mail from 2 different servers

I am using Outlook 2003 under Vista Ultimate. I get my mail from two
different mail servers. On the first one I download my mail, but on the
second I leave my mail so I can also download it at work.
This has worked fine, but now I have got the problem that Outlook does not
keep the mail on the second server, but downloads it instead.
I have checked my settings under options, mail setup, send receive, .account
properties, advanced tab - Leave a copy of messages on the server. It is
unchecked, so I check it and goes back to the inbox. However, as soon as I
have closed Outlook and opens it again, the check box has been cleared
again. The apply button is also grayed out.
Can someone help me?

Hi Jens

Quickest solution might just be to create a new mail profile - just set it
up with this one account at first, if that works as it should, then add in
the other one.
