mail errors

Hi everyone, i have just connected my Outlook and keep getting this error,
can anyone help me, what am i looking for? The error is: Task PPP sending
reported error (0x800CCC0D): Unable to find the email server. Please verify
the server information in your account properties.
 
Check if you use the correct email server, ping the server and see if you
get a response.
