Mail Enabled Calendars

I am trying to create mail enabled calendars to use for resource scheduling.
My question is, when set somthing as a resource as an invite for a meeting,
does that resources mailbox accumulate mail from the meeting request or
denial?
 
Not if you are using direct booking.
