mail download send/receive

When I hit send / receive, it "freezes" at msg #7 of 34. How do I delete or
bypass it ?
 
Most email providers have a webmail site. Log on there and delete the
oldest 7 messages.
 
Go to your provider's webmail site and delete the stuck message from there.
If you don't know how to open webmail, let us know who your mail provider is.
