mail delivery receipt notification

One of our users has this option enabled. She used to get the emails and it
had a different icon instead of an envelope. Now it always has an envelope
like all of the other messages. How do you change it back?

We have no clue since you have provided absolutely no useful information.

What version of Outlook? What did the user used to see? What add-ins does
the user have? When did this change? What was installed/uninstalled just
prior to the change?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

whatever the delivery notification symbol is, in the tracking options
window, you know what i'm talking about.
