mail delivery error

On my machine at work when i open outlook it gets a mail
delivery error and has a problem getting to our own web
site. To resolve this i have too remove my primary dns and
re-enter it. It wasn't much of a problem until more and
more people started getting the same problem. Can anyone
help or give me some insight into why this is happening?
 
On my machine, when I send/receive it gives me a mail delivery error. An e-mail that I attempted to send many days ago with a bad address keeps poping up with Mail delivery Errror. I don't know how to clear this from my Outlook.
