Mail and my replies together as part of Conversation thread

I have not found a way of organizing the mails received and my replies to it,
together as a single thread of conversation. Please consider a possibility of
supporting this feature

If Outlook already supports similar feature. Please let me know.
 
Outlook 2003 has (somewhat flakey) view by conversation that does this.
