Mail, Addresses

I understand that I need to look for *.pst files to be
able to back up my address book and emails. I have done
this, but have only found an archive.pst file. I am not
sure whether this is my existing one or not. Even so, I
am assuming that it should contain all of my emails and
contacts since the last archive was done. Am I correct in
this assumption? If I back up this file, and want to
replace my existing .pst file on another computer, where
do I save it to?

No you are not correct. No archive PST will contain your Contacts because
Contacts are not archived. Look for the default Outlook Data File Outlook is
currently using. Don't forget that PST files are hidden.
