macros

I am trying to find out how to creatae a macro.When I
look up all the help info, i find instructions saying "on
the view menu, point to Macros and then click defind
macros",however there is no macros on the view menu.I
have windows xp.I have looked in other places for help
but everything i find tells me the same thing.Can someon
give me point by point instructions on how to create a
macro in windows xp. thx

You need a program that makes the macros for you, like most any of the MS
Office products or search google for a third party app. XP doesn't have
anything included to write macros.
