macros

I have a database with a macro that runs everytime the database is open and
set as a task so that it runs every morning. It is a pain to have it run
everytime you open the database, so I am splitting the database but I'm not
sure if I can put the macros on the backend to run behind the scene? Any help
will be appreciated!
 
No, you can't put it in the back-end. There's no such thing as "running
behind the scenes" in Access: in all cases, an instance of Access has to be
installed, and the application opened in that instance.
