Macros won't work

I have a macro in Word 2002 that I would like to use in OL 2002. I have
cut/pasted the script into OL, but get an error message:

Run Time error 424
Object Required

I don't know VBA...my Word macros were created using the "Record New Macro"
function.

what am i doing wrong??

You will need to learn some VBA to run macros in Outlook. What about this
macro recorded in Word would make it useful in Outlook?

You'll need to post at least the code snippet where the problem occurs.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for general Outlook programming
