Macros will not stay

I helped a user creat three macros in Word 2007 to add signatures for her
bosses. The Macros (with different names) are saved to normal.dotm with
buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar. There's no problem when I created the
first one. But for the 2nd and 3rd macros, they will not stay. All three
macaros were successfully created and tested, and showed up in the macro list
in the Developer's tab. However, once I closed the document or exit out of
Word 2007, the 2nd and the 3rd macros would disappear. I re-created the 2nd
and 3rd macros for several times, but have the same result each time. Can
anyone let me know what I did wrong? Thanks a lot.

I suspect that macro security could be a factor here. However, you may have
better luck if you ask this question in a VBA newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.word.vba.general.
