Macros not found and macro toolbars

Hi - First time here. Hope I have this posted in the correct area. I've been creating macros for my own use without problems, but am now sending to others. Why is it that if I change the hard disk location of a macro that when I pull up the spreadsheet that has the macros embedded in them, I get a mesage saying macro can't be found with the path of where the macro resided previously. I thought once the macros were saved in a given spreadsheet they would always be available.

And second question, when I send these to others, the macro toolbar I have created and saved the spreadsheet with does not appear and is also not available as a toolbar to select for the person I sent it to. The macros themselves are attached and can be run through Tools\Macro\Macros, but I was hoping to have the toolbar available to make it easier for others.
