Macros in word

After recording a macro - how do I place it on the toolbar as a symbol not
text?
 
Right click on the toolbar and select customise. A dialog box will open, just
ignore it. Right click on the macro button on the toolbar and select "default
style". This should change it to a image, rather than text.
