Macros and Rtf's

Hi,

I have a database which is use to conduct searches and we then input the
information into the forms and rtf them (this works with several subforms
etc) unfortunately I didnt create the codes for this process and now I am
required to run something similar from a different form.

I have created my report and put the button into the form so that the RTF
can be created, I also connected them but when I tried to do it the RTF saves
everytime as the name of the report.

I need it to save as 'Search Number' which is one of the fields in the table
and form.

Does anyone have any idea how I might go about this?

When you say posting the code behind the button do you mean adding it as an
event procedure? I have one in place that runs a Macro which is open file and
save file but it doesnt seem to be working properly.
