Macros and Macro Menus in Word 2007

How do I add Macros and Macro Menus to the toolbar in Word 2007?

In 2003 I could could add Macros and Macro Menus to my Toolbar. I could also
display text to be associated with both the Macros and the Macro Menus.

In 2007 all I have been able to do is add a single Macro to the Toolbar and
identify it with an icon.
