Macromedia Flash Player, security update

Only Macromedia and now possibly Adobe who inherited the mess from Macromedia
knows the answer to why this is always such an ordeal with each non-Apple
Macromedia upgrade. Try first un-installing these from the real Administrator
id (not just an admin authority userid) and then re-installing from the same...
worked here for me, just like the last time they upgraded their Windows ported
product. Perhaps they don't have terrific knowledge when it comes to the
Microsoft Registry... ;)

Balem: If you want, we can try it one more time:
Using AR, remove the Macromedia and Shockwave software. Also remove the
Macromedia ActiveX controls as follows: Internet Options > General tab >
Temporary Internet Files > Settings > View Objects > right click and delete
Shockwave ActiveX Control and Shockwave Flash Object.
Use only the following sites to download and test both Flash and Sockwave (
remember you don't need Shockwave if you don't play their games ) and say no
to the Yahoo bar offer.

Let me know how it went.

I've done that also and even got a uninstaller on there website. I think I'll
just wait till they make another version.
