yeah, i had this prob too...all u get is a white box, with a little box that's got shapes in it(a red square, green circle, blue triangle), it's ur security settings, go to internet options, under 'security' ur default level should be on medium, try taking ti one level down, click ok. refresh the browser window c if it works.
