Macromedia Contribute 2.0 crashes

I am unable to get Macromedia Contribute to make a
connection to our FTP site. Is there a known conflict
with Windows XP Pro?
 
If you performed a clean install of Contribute and have problems, you'll
want to read carefully its user manual first and/or go to Macromedia website
for support.
