How do I create a Macro to reshape a text file to its original shape once it
has been exported from a system into Microsoft Word?

I downloaded a report from a system we're using here at work as a text file
and my previous boss had a Macro set up that would reshape this report from a
text file to look the way it would look if it were printed. Now that she is
no longer here, they did something with her computer that wiped out all of
the macros that she had created.

I know that there is a way to do this b/c it was done before I was just
wondering if anyone knew how to do it.

Ben,

I got it. What I had to do was:

Open the text file
Go to Tools, Macros, Record
Go to the Edit menu, choose select all
Change the font and the size
Go to Page Setup and change the Orientation and Paper size
Stop the recording and it was done.

Thanks for all your help.

It would make a lot more sense to insert the text into a document based on a
template that already had these settings.
