Macro works in one databse but not in another.

I have a copy of the Access 2007 template "Customer Service" The macros work
within it.
Having set up my own database I'm copying the details from Customer Service
for several useful functions - one is the AddFromOutlook, the other is a
Combobox showing customer names. Both work in the orginal template but not
in my application. I have been through all the settings in the main Options
page and everything is the same. There must be something that needs
eneabling in my app that is already enable in the MS template.

Any ideas, please?

Perhaps there is something that needs "referencing".

In your VB editor, click on Tools | References.

Make sure all checked references in the original database are also checked
in your new database.

Good Luck.

Nice call. thank you.

Unfortunately, both dbs have the same refernces set and neither use any
code. It is all embedded macro.
